Description

Supervision includes balancing multiple ways to help staff while demographic and cultural changes in the workforce require new skills from leaders to develop and retain quality personnel. The goal is engaged and self-motivated employees, which leads to better levels of retention and improved client outcomes. This class will help supervisors create and capitalize on opportunities for staff development through training, delegating, and empowering staff to drive their own growth and development.
