This class is designed to help lawyers identify early signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their peers and respond with empathy and appropriate support. Led by a educational professional with decades of experience in the Behavioral Health field, participants will learn through real-world examples, guided discussions, and practical strategies to gain the confidence to approach peers with care and contribute to a more supportive and mentally healthy workplace.
