Leading Intergenerational Teams
Finding shared values
Description
Organizational staffing is shifting rapidly with the influx of iGen into the workplace. In addition, some older workers are staying in their positions for longer than is traditional. These workers’ diverse life experiences bring different work styles onto your team. For the leader, creating an atmosphere of inclusion and acceptance of each other requires an understanding of where core values overlap.
