Developing Your Leadership Style
What kind of leader do you want to be?
Description
Leadership is hard. Often, leaders are put into a role with little guidance and direction. Goals given to leaders by the organization can be vague. In this session, attendees will learn skills to help them reflect on who they are and discern what type of leadership style best fits for them. Strategies that encourage leadership development will also be discussed in order to identify a style that aligns with an attendee's temperament and role.
